Your Personal Information

Our site uses forms for information requests and orders. Contact information from all forms (including name, address, email address, payment info, etc.) is used to process and deliver orders and mail information about our company to our customers.

Will Life Plus disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

Life Plus does not sell, trade, rent, or reveal your personal information to others, period. As Distributors for Life Plus Products, we can also assure you that Life Plus also does not provide your personal address, phone number, email address, or credit card information to any other outside party. Your credit card information is not retained on file, and is not visible to order processing personnel after the order is placed.

How does Life Plus protect customer information?

When you place online orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. We do not use, nor do we condone the use of unsolicited bulk email. We take this issue very seriously. Please report any incidents of unsolicited email mentioning the lifeplus.com domain to the webmaster or call your Life Plus support center for a prompt and personal reply. All matters will be investigated and dealt with promptly. We do email our customers with order confirmations, and periodically information about product specials, new product announcements, and follow-ups to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

If you do not wish to receive any email from us at all, simply send us a short note and we will not send you any correspondence.

Return Policies

We offer a full 30 day "no questions asked" return policy on all our products. If you're not 100% satisfied, we want you to tell us! Return the unused portion, or even the empty bottles to Life Plus within 30 days of product receipt for a prompt refund.

We give our members the option to sign up for our health newsletter. This service is meant to better assist you to make informed decisions about your health, as well as the health of your family and friends.

To sign you up we simply need an e-mail address. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. In addition, you may unsubscribe to any of the free personalized e-mail services you have chosen at any time, without any future correspondence or questions.
